The club participates in a mixture of activities for the youth, for fundraising and for member fellowship.
In addition to the activities pictured below, the club has had a bowling day and a fishing day for underprivileged youth and held a Christmas Party for Bridges for Youth. Also, the club annually provides food baskets for needy families during the holiday season.
A sampling of past club activities pictured below include the Youth Appreciation Breakfast and a day at the ballpark with kids from Camp Quality (a camp for kids with cancer).
Sponsoring decorations at the children's ward at a local hospital and a chili supper for Bridges for Youth (an organization providing for the needs of less privileged children) and with other area clubs participated in a Big Brothers and Big Sisters carnival.
Members get together to install presidents from several area Optimist Clubs. This is one example of the combined efforts of local clubs assisting each other throughout the year which allows more kids to be served.
To fund youth projects the club primarily relies on its participation in the Concreteman Triathlon. See the link below to Ridge Runner Sports the sponsor of the event.
Past and present fund raisers include wine tastings flea market/garage sale and car show.
Beyond youth activities and fund raising club members get together for club meetings monthly and at an annual holiday event for member fellowship.
